The location is very good, just a 5‑10 minute walk from Plaza San Marcos, and the staff are very friendly.

The spot was perfect, right halfway between San Marcos and Rialto, and the hotel gave us two extra single beds in a very spacious room for our two little kids. When I asked the front desk for a local restaurant recommendation to avoid the typical tourist traps, they pointed us to two places; the first was just around the corner but served carbonara with cream and no guanciale—quite a let‑down, and we didn’t even bother trying the second one.
