“Great resort, that would be better with more attention to pool design, room layout and ext maintenan”

The resort experience was fabulous overall. The pool and spa were great, but getting into the hot tubs was tough because you need a step down. The desk clerk loaned me a swimsuit—awesome! The concrete railing at the hot tub was rough and cut my toe; the clerk gave me a band‑aid but seemed unconcerned. The rooms are small and lack imaginative décor, probably because they focus on skiing. The reading lights and nightstands don’t work well and the layout is poor, so we had to use both beds for reading lights. Exterior shingles and trim also need paint.

We absolutely loved our stay! We only stayed for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and the lobby is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed — and even more! We especially loved the bathroom amenities; the products smelled absolutely amazing and added such a nice touch to the stay. We would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time!. The only downside, unfortunately, was the noise. We may have simply been unlucky with our room, as it was located on the second floor right next to the lobby and an ice machine. There was a group sitting by the fire right below our windows until around 1 a.m., and they were quite loud. Guests were also frequently coming to get ice, and the machine was quite noisy when the ice dropped into the bucket. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep in the morning either, as a large tour group was checking out and people were walking past our room from around 6 a.m. So, for me, the noise was the biggest downside of our stay. I would definitely recommend requesting a room away from the lobby and ice machine if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel and would happily come back!

“Don’t bother staying here off season as there’s nothing here”

There wasn’t much to like; the hotel had no facilities at all, feeling like a stay in the movie *The Shining*.

“Nice resort”

The resort was nice, staff were friendly, rooms comfortable, but bring your own groceries if you plan to dine in, since the nearest shop is a 20‑minute drive to Bethel.
