The place was clean, the renovation was beautiful, and it was close to the airport. The breakfast was small; we had to order an extra omelette and coffee.

The hotel was clean and well‑located, and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast would have been better if it were an open buffet.

This hotel is great value for money! In Trabzon, accommodation is usually awful, and this place is a real lifesaver. The staff were clean, polite, and the reception spoke English. The traditional Turkish breakfast in the downstairs café was quick, tasty, and very courteous. The rooms were compact and beautiful, with fresh linens, a welcome bottle of water, shower gel, and shampoo. We couldn’t figure out the air‑conditioner – it ran for 15 minutes and then stayed off all night. It was a bit stuffy, but overall it was fine.

The location was a bit outside the city centre, but the minibusses (Dolmuş) made it easy to reach. The Dolmuş connections in the city were already good, so you could get anywhere. The room was good. Breakfast was standardized or portioned, so it wasn’t a buffet and was very limited. It was served in a neighbouring café/restaurant that didn’t belong to the hotel. There was no coffee at breakfast, only tea, and coffee had to be paid extra. Because breakfast in the café started at 8 am, you missed it if you had a tour before 8 am and were picked up then.
