It’s close to my workplace, but the room reeked of smoke, the bathtub was filthy, the chair was dirty, and the bathroom and toilet had no doors at all.

I liked having a bathtub and a breakfast that changed a little each day, yet the lockbox wouldn’t open even when I entered the correct code, dust covered the ceiling light above the bed and collected under it, and the wardrobe and bathroom light switches were placed so that opening the wardrobe would turn the bathroom light off.
