The man on duty was very nice and helpful, there’s no breakfast but free tea and coffee with a high‑quality cup set, and everything matches the photos on the website; on arrival I got a pin code to retrieve the key from a mailbox‑like machine, which worked fine, but there was no shampoo in the bathroom—guests have to bring their own—while toothbrushes are expected to be brought, the absence of shampoo, body gel, or soap is a drawback.

The reception was very friendly and attentive to our concerns, the pension was very clean and welcoming and we felt very comfortable, and the central location was simply ideal; we actually have nothing to criticize, sorry.
