I was told I’d have a room and everything, but when I arrived late at night I was sent away because one employee, who hates me, made mistakes about the place and blamed all the problems on me as if it were his own hotel. They didn’t accept the reservation even though it was confirmed, so I had to leave.

I was really impressed by the flexibility and hospitality of the staff. My original booking was from September 27 to 29, but I arrived at around 6 a.m. and asked if an early check-in was possible, with checkout late on September 28 to catch my night bus to Eilat. They kindly accommodated my request without making me pay for an additional night, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they upgraded me from a single to a double bed, making my stay much more comfortable. I also really liked the room setup, especially having a small sink for washing my hands and doing my skincare, as well as a large mirror. The shared showers and toilets were another big plus. There were plenty of individual units, each offering privacy, so I never had to wait for one to become available. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, the staff’s flexibility and the thoughtful facilities made my stay a really positive experience!. One small thing that could be improved is the communication regarding checkout. I wasn’t informed at check-in that the towels needed to be returned to reception. Since I was in a hurry to catch my bus, I had already brought all my luggage downstairs and then had to go back up to my room to collect the towels. It was a bit inconvenient and could easily have been avoided by informing guests about this rule upon arrival

It’s my second time here, this time with my wife and daughter. Great place and location, and now there’s also a nice café. The public cooking area needs better heating for food.

Very clean, the mattress was ideal for me, plenty of charging slots, working air‑conditioning, a huge rooftop terrace with comfy seating, and water, fridge, and microwave were always available. The staff were very friendly. There might be free luggage storage if you arrive early or need it after check‑out, and a discount for staying at the local café. The only issue was nighttime noise; two of the five nights I slept poorly. I would have liked a place to hand‑wash small items, but that’s basically not possible.
