The place is literally on the sand—no kidding. Everything’s well equipped and working fine, and it’s close to all the spots in Japaratinga. The room is charming and roomy, and the WhatsApp support is quick and friendly.

The chalet was clean, comfy, and had just enough kitchen gear—microwave, toaster, electric omelette maker—to whip up breakfast and snacks. Patricia was super attentive, answering questions fast and giving great tips, and the beds were a dream. But the location is noisy: kids and a loud Kombi with speakers start at 7 am and keep going until 4:15 pm, and a karaoke session on Saturday made it hard to relax. After the noise dies down, the house is a quiet, spacious base for a good night's sleep.

The place was spotless, roomy, and super comfy. Patricia was always on hand with tips and quick answers, and the check‑in was a breeze. She even let us leave later than usual. Waking up with the ocean right outside the door is a dream.

Patricia was incredibly attentive, offering loads of advice and help. The spot is a real paradise—there’s a bakery, restaurants, and a quiet area perfect for relaxing. It surpassed all my expectations, and I’d come back a thousand times.

The house was cozy and comfortable. I liked everything, just unlucky that it rained during my stay. It was still a pleasant experience.
