The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a nice vibe and is perfectly located. The golden years are behind it, especially visible in the bathroom and the carpet. The room was very cold.

The hotel sits in the heart of the old town, which is the only thing worth mentioning. The building feels old, especially the room fittings; a renovation is urgently needed, a management issue, not a cleaning one. The worn furniture, broken sink, rusty and mouldy shower cabin were obvious. On 27.09., with only 16 °C outside (12 °C at night), the room had no heating. The city’s heating season hadn’t started yet, so it was freezing! At 10:03 am on Sunday, breakfast was already over – too late, even though other guests were still eating. We were three minutes late, so we blame ourselves – pure communism!

Cozy hotel with incredibly beautiful decorations! The pillows were a bit small; a few extra pillows would have been nice.
