Haus toll, Architektur schön. Innenhof mit einladendem Pool. Frühstück gut, obwohl rationiert. Ich hätte gern einen Nachttisch an meinem Bett. Sonst nichts.

L’esthétique du lieu. Ambiance jungle rétro chic. Magnifique piscine, oasis de fraîcheur avec ce petit jardin et toutes les plantations qui donnent de l'ombre. L’amabilité de la réceptionniste. Très bon petit déjeuner, frais, sain mais en trop faible quantité. Très jolie chambre, très propre. Hôtel calme avec peu de chambres ce qui donne une ambiance cosy. Parking très facile et gratuit. Emplacement safe. Ce n'est pas une critique mais plus une recommandation car je le savais en ayant lu d'autres revues. L'hôtel gagnerait à offrir son petit déjeuner avec une quantité supérieure.

Très bon séjour, presque seul dans l'hôtel, personnel très chaleureux, petit déjeuner frais classique. Jolie aménagement. Beaucoup de moustiques, ou autre mériterais d’avoir plus de répulsifs pour lutter contre comme les restaurants pas très loin. Sinon rien à redire mis à part que la zone de Tulum n’est pas bonne au niveau du réseau, wifi de bonne qualité dans l’hôtel.

Staff incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, made us feel at home. Arrived earlier than expected and staff accommodated us with our room ahead of schedule. Thank you! Easily reachable via WhatsApp throughout stay. Location close to Tulum center, not walking but by car or collectivo 5 mins away. Neighborhood of La Veleta enjoyable to walk through, many nice restaurants, convenient stores, quiet end of May. Had common areas all stay. Pool refreshing, bar a plus for drinks after day. Breakfast: many complain but honestly all you need. Fruits freshly cut, juice freshly pressed, healthy, fills you well, hot humid so didn't feel like eating much. WiFi works well. No TV in room, wouldn't need. Room and bed super cozy comfortable. A/C perfect, quiet overnight. Drinkable water: manage supply for bedroom. Jar left in room to fill at bar if need more. Bought packs at corner store for excursions. Tiki Tiki Hotel gem on edge of heart of Tulum better than huge resorts. For intimate, relaxing welcoming place, this is it. Special shout out to Nahama, Naomi & Julie. Hard to find something worth mentioning. Very nice stay overall.
