“Nice but could have been better.”

The property didn’t feel worth the price; the staff were kind and the location was close to the markets, and the food was good, especially when we asked for Laal mass. However, the rooms were very basic, the lights weren’t tungsten, and the cost felt more like a luxury tent—better options exist for half that price in Jaisalmare.

We enjoyed the pool and the food, and they helped with transfers from Udaipur to Jodhpur and arranged a private safari. Communication with staff was confusing; it seemed the manager (who was elsewhere) and the camp staff weren’t on the same page, leading to odd situations.

“Value for money. 💰”

The staff were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile for my convenience. I highly recommend the safari they organize, especially if you’re up for adventure. We let our driver steer the ride to make it the best safari possible, and we spotted both 🐆 and 🐻. The food was great and the hospitality was top notch.

“Great stay, lovely staff, clean and beautiful. Definitely overpriced, 10,000 a night is expensive!”

The staff were very friendly and happily fulfilled our requests, the food was simple but very good, and the managers communicated really well. The hotel overall was clean and very nice. However, we stayed for 2 nights and no one came to clean the room the second night; they didn’t change the bins and we had to ask for water. The room wasn’t worth £100 a night, or 10,000 rs per night—it was definitely overpriced. It was a great stay with lovely staff and a clean, beautiful environment, but 10,000 a night is what you pay for Taj and Marriott.
