“Good place for a last minute stay due to a flight cancelled. Close to LGA”
Got a room with a beautiful view, yet some items like faucets looked old and not very taken care of.

The William Vale, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, offers accommodations with stunning views of Manhattan across the East River. Custom metalwork details and floor-to-ceiling windows adorn each room, featuring open-air balconies and glass-enclosed showers. Chef Andrew Carmellini's culinary concepts offer in-room dining and poolside menus, while local artwork by Marela Zacarias and others adorns the property.

Nice staycation with great views and restaurants, but the pool time limit for hotel guests is a problem; paying 3 hours after check‑out is way too high and should be reconfigured, or lunch and non‑alcoholic drinks should be added to justify the price.

Exceptionally consistent customer service, very comfortable, great amenities, and wonderful neighborhood options, but I wish they had informed me of some hotel‑guest benefits when I checked in; the room lighting is hard to figure out and it would be nice if this were addressed during check‑in and if front‑desk staff knew how to answer such questions correctly.

It’s new and I love the le labo products and the balcony, but the interior design is boring and blindingly white.

The staff were friendly and service was quick; the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The balcony offered amazing views of New York City, and there were plenty of nearby dining options within walking distance.
