I loved the comfort of the room, but the breakfast stole the show—truly surprising and far better than what many four‑ or five‑star hotels serve.

Compared to a previous stay and the limited hotel options in this small town, the Rossi is excellent—location, structure, bed comfort, room size, satisfactory Wi‑Fi, and consistently courteous reception staff. However, the hotel no longer has a restaurant (only breakfast, which is great). Some breakfast staff seemed annoyed when I asked them to make tapioca, and I was bothered by the excessive water usage for daily internal and external sidewalk washing, especially during our climate crisis. I suggest reviewing this practice and also following guidelines for changing clothes and bath towels when requested by guests, rather than daily bed and bath changes during short stays, to preserve nature.
