“Pied à terre idéal pour Brighton”
Nothing is perfect, and we didn’t stay in a 5‑star palace, but everything here is designed to make us feel at ease, and it works. The location is ideal: a bus stop less than 2 minutes on foot takes you to Brighton for £3 per person, saving you from local parking at £5 an hour. A Tesco convenience store is 200 m away, stocked with everything. The apartment is very well equipped; we didn’t miss anything. The only thing some might find odd is the TV, which is the size of a computer screen—though I’m not on holiday by the sea to watch TV.
“Ideal for one night stay”
Excellent for a one‑night stay before the early Newhaven‑Dieppe ferry. The only downside is that local shops and restaurants are too far to walk comfortably.
Always a pleasure.
A great spot to stay before catching an early ferry from Newhaven. Everything you need for a comfortable night is there. It’s close to excellent restaurants and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended.
“Great value annexe style, close to Brighton.”
The place is right in Brighton, only a 20 minute taxi ride away, and the accommodation is basic but spotlessly clean—exactly what we needed. The host was lovely, and there were no problems at all.
