The reception staff were very pleasant, and I wish them all the best for the new year; however, the hotel seemed to lag behind in time.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the distance to the places we were interested in was appropriate. What bothered me most was that both the area in front of the hotel and the parking area behind the building, where the parking was located, were not covered with sand and were extremely slippery; the staff did not address this safety issue for guests or pedestrians. It was also a pity that the restaurant was closed and there was no possibility to use the kitchen, fridge, etc.

Location was good, everything else was not.

The staff were friendly, but the restaurant was closed, breakfast was dry takeaway from the reception despite the no‑smoking rule, and the room—especially the bathroom—was saturated with smoke.
