The hotel sits in a great spot, the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms stay clean, and the all‑included breakfast was solid.

The hotel didn’t meet my expectations, and the hygiene was subpar.

They offered me a room upgrade, and after spinning the board I landed a free upgrade without paying extra; the staff were humble and helpful, and on my return day they opened a peaceful waiting room with AC where I could rest. The hotel’s proximity to the rainbow slides and other Instagram‑worthy activities is a bonus. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
