The location was unbeatable and the room had everything I needed. No complaints.

The people in charge were very kind, though the security codes for entry were a bit inconvenient but acceptable.

The location was great, but the room was disappointing.

The place was in a good spot, yet our experience with the staff was very disappointing and made the end of our stay unnecessarily stressful. When we arrived, we couldn't access the accommodation even though I had already completed online check‑in; I had to call them, and they said they hadn't received my wife's ID. While still on the phone, I sent her passport, and only then did they immediately send us the access instructions. The main issue was the check‑out. The official check‑out time was 11:00 a.m.; I politely asked if we could stay until 11:30 a.m., and the staff member eventually agreed, though his attitude already felt quite unfriendly. At exactly 11:30 a.m. he began knocking repeatedly on our door and pressing us to leave right away. We had only arrived around 9:00 p.m. the previous evening, so this made the experience even more unpleasant. We weren’t trying to stay for hours beyond the agreed time; we just needed a few minutes to finish getting ready and leave. What made it even more frustrating was what happened afterward. When I went out to return the keys, the same staff member made me wait several minutes while he called a colleague to verify whether I had actually paid for the night. I explained that the reservation had already been paid, but he apparently didn’t trust me and insisted on getting confirmation from his colleague. I found this very contradictory: we were rushed and pressured to leave the apartment immediately, but afterward he had no problem making me wait while he checked a payment that had already been processed. We spent seven days traveling around southern Spain and stayed in four different accommodations.
