Breakfast offered great variety, covering everything for our picky child. The staff were accommodating, polite, always ready to help, and greeted us with smiles and hello. I can’t fault anything at Four Points; I would definitely stay again with my family. The kids club was small and didn’t have many children like other clubs, but my kids still loved going because of the staff and asked to go every day. The room‑service menu was limited, but you can order food from the rooftop bar, which has a larger selection, and have it delivered to your room—something we did when we didn’t want to go out for dinner. There’s also a really nice restaurant on the ground floor that offers entertainment most nights and serves excellent food. Overall, the place was great, and I can’t find any fault. The location is good, a short walk from restaurants and shopping, which was perfect for us.

Everything was very clean, the breakfast was tasty, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent, but it takes 10–15 minutes to walk to the beach via a busy road. If you don’t want to fuss about finding a hotel and the beach, this is an ideal option, 20–30 minutes to the airport, and you can’t hear any sound.

The lagoon access was great, but it would have been even better if it stayed open until 9pm instead of 7pm; I would have liked to come home from dinner and dip quickly, instead of having to climb upstairs to the rooftop bar pool. Breakfast was quite limited, though the Shakshouka was amazing – one day it was served cold, on another I ordered too late and it was served piping hot the next, but it was still tasty.
