We were shown around upon arrival and could choose our rooms—one for the adults and one for the kids—and the staff were very friendly. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the adult room had a lovely indoor balcony. However, both rooms had shower issues; we had to switch rooms on the first day, and the adult room’s water stayed lukewarm at best while the toilet was bad. There were no electrical outlets near the bed, the lobby was noisy, music kept playing late into the night and seeped into the room, Wi‑Fi was very weak, and check‑out took 45 minutes because the credit card machine wasn’t charged, causing us to miss our next appointment.
