The bed was comfy, but there was no Jacuzzi at all!

The location and breakfast were good, but the hotel was in the middle of a renovation, equipment scattered everywhere and it looked messy because no staff were visible. The room we stayed in recently got new vinyl floors; I wish they had added area rugs because walking on the hard flooring was unpleasant. With the new hard floors, the noise from the rooms above—footsteps and furniture sliding—was loud and made it hard to sleep. I didn’t receive an invoice at checkout and the employee said I would get one by email, but I never got it.

It was convenient to have the hotel in the same parking lot as Chili's, but you can’t walk to nearby stores or shops without crossing roads that lack sidewalks or walkways. The room layout was awful: the TV faced the bed, so when you sat on the couch you were looking at the back of the TV.
