The staff were the friendliest I’ve met, the location is central and close to bus stops—great with the included suditirol guest pass—and the rooms were beautiful. The food was honestly the best I’ve had in a hotel, so I’d highly recommend their half board. Nothing could be better, it was an incredible stay.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional, offering hiking tips and transport advice. I loved the huge tub in the room and the overall spaciousness. It was a bit more than I’d have liked to spend, but you really get what you pay for.

The view from my room was spectacular and the spot was perfect; the town was very quiet and conveniently near Alpe di Siusi. Even though I asked for my coffee right away, I was almost finished with breakfast by the time it arrived. They’re clearly busy in the morning, so maybe offer a room‑service coffee option for early‑birds.

Everything—people, staff, cleanliness, food, rooms, price—was all‑in‑all. Drinks at the bar were a bit pricey.

1. If you like wood, this is the best place. 2. The chairs and lighting inside are all high‑end luxury items. 3. Check‑in and check‑out were handled with valet service and all luggage moved for us. 4. All the staff were truly friendly.
