“I was enchanted by this stay.”
It was a unique experience. The beach was a three‑minute walk away, and excellent restaurants and the town were within walking or tug‑tuk distance. I loved it.
When we entered the room, the shower had a big crack, and after I finished, I saw a huge spider above me while I was realizing what I was seeing; I see a dead thing above my head, if it doesn’t bother him, you’re welcome. The owners are very cute, we came one day and it was good.
Great place, very friendly hosts, tasty breakfast! The beach is super close and the rooms are nice!
A very beautiful place, and the owner and staff were very friendly. I felt at home. However, there were serious problems with the fan. The weather was hot and humid, and the only fan in the room was a wall fan that didn’t reach the bed or anywhere else. I had to keep the door and window open all night. Thankfully, it was safe. There was a cupboard that was moldy and a bit smelly.

The location is spot on—quiet yet close enough to Weligama and Mirissa. We felt right at home and Ganisha and her family welcomed us warmly, always ready to help with any question or issue. The rooms are simple but cozy, each with its own entrance, and the shared terrace is great for spending the hot midday hours. The food is highly recommended. We’ll definitely return!
