“Verschrikkelijk”

The spot is convenient, close to several restaurants and a Starbucks, but communication is terrible; I sent a message and got no reply after eight months. Loud guests showed up at 2 am on multiple nights, forcing us to go downstairs because the person at the reception was outside, and calls went unanswered. In the morning, the coffee cups still had old coffee rings that weren’t cleaned properly. We were promised something that still hasn’t materialised after almost three months, and the only response we get is “they’re working on it” when we finally hear back. My advice: don’t stay here if you want peace, good communication, and a pleasant experience.

“Goede locatie maar geen optimale service”

The room was spacious and the location was fine; the pool was unused but looked tidy. The reception was unfriendly—when we arrived early we had to wait but no drink was offered, and the breakfast the next day felt like a battlefield; everything was out of order and we had to ask for replacements. The next day was better, but the hotel was on a busy road.

“Fantastis hotel with great values and helpful staff !!”

This hotel is a great find - the location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and transportation is easy to come by. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. My only gripe is that the breakfast options could be more varied - it got a bit samey after a while. Still, I'd definitely recommend it for the price.

“Convenient to whoosh station”

I'm not sure what was going on with this place, but the garbage room was right outside my door and the smell was seeping into my room. The water flow was also a bit dodgy, and the sink in the toilet wasn't working. But I guess the real issue was the sewage smell in the kitchen sink - just not great.
