The location to the airport was fine, but the front desk associate Casey was extremely rude and unpleasant at check‑out.

The spot is spot on, just a short walk from the airport and the cruise dock, and the shuttle ran like clockwork. The only hiccup was that the shampoo was missing from our bathroom.
