The hotel looks quite new, so the facilities are fresh. We booked a room for three people but it only had one bed. We were charged almost the same price as the room itself, and the breakfast cost nearly the same as the room. It feels like a tourist trap. The receptionist kept us waiting for half an hour at checkout because she couldn't use the POS and couldn't charge us, causing us to miss a tour. I will file the appropriate complaint.

The hotel design is very nice. Lobby staff very friendly. Large car park. Rooms with nice furniture and very comfortable. The pool wasn't very clean because surrounded by trees. The breakfast was very light, only Thai food, and the same every day. Location a bit far from center

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained condition. The rooms were comfortable, and the small pool with a few loungers was perfect for relaxation. The buffet-style breakfast was a nice touch, but I did notice a bit of road noise.
