The stay was outstanding, with a warm welcome, staff who were on point and facilities that impressed. The setting was gorgeous, overlooking the little lake, and the atmosphere felt quiet and soothing. We loved how spotless and comfortable the room was, and the hotel’s location near shops and restaurants was perfect.

Area was nice. Front desk line was long needed a 2nd person. The guy at front was nice and helped just a little hard to understand. Called and requested tv remote 3 times told it was coming we left to our event never got it. Upon coming back from event asked the front desk and finally got it

The location was great because it was close to my daughter and convenient for her to pick me up. Every day, there was no service: no towels, no coffee, no coffee cups, and nothing was cleaned.
