The house is very large, spacious, and close to the center, but the bathrooms and kitchen were dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained.

Everything matched the description; we had a comfortable, clean stay and Mira communicated well.

The house is very spacious, with a well‑equipped kitchen, a separate living room, and a large dining table for guests. I really liked the outdoor area and the terrace, though they feel a bit neglected and worn. The house is close to the park and the city center. The jacuzzi is a big plus and a wonderful addition, and there was always hot water. The hygiene was not up to a high standard, both in the kitchen and in the rooms and bathrooms. There were burnt bulbs, doors that wouldn’t close, non‑working locks, a lot of cobwebs, dirty balcony spaces, and dirty spots in front of the windows. It gives the impression of being slightly unmaintained. The furniture in the rooms is worn and old. The mattresses are not particularly comfortable.

The location is amazing. The place is extremely large and spacious. The Bulgarian tavern is an amazing touch as well as the outdoor garden. This is my second time coming here and I'm sure I'll come again. The host is amazing—extremely responsive. The dishes that were washed probably from the previous guests were not washed properly and stank. We had to rewash them. The showerhead in the bathroom on the first floor was broken and was spraying from the side. Two of the showers do not fully close so the whole bathroom gets quite wet. Lastly locking and unlocking the front door is a little difficult—weird mechanism. Overall amazing for 8 people.
