“Great location, brilliant staff”
The pool is ideal for kids or a quick swim to cool off after a hot day, and the location is great, near Valladolid center and the nearest major city to Chichen Itza. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when the lights went out in our room that first night, they moved us to another room right away without any hassle.
Clean facilities, good atmosphere, great location, the room is small but excellent.
The hotel room is great, the area is quiet even though there's a park nearby; parking is on site. The room comes with plates, a fridge, a clean bathroom, and there’s a place for baggage. Reception is open 26/7, and there’s a café on the top floor that operates from morning until noon. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the shower is good.
The hotel has a central location, just 5/10 minutes from the main square, which you can walk to even in the evening. It offers a very convenient internal parking lot, but you can also leave your car on the street. The room is very beautiful and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a kitchen. There is also a pool, which is always lovely when you’re in the countryside. The staff have always been very kind and helpful.
