The rooms looked good, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant served decent food. The walls are super thin, and a temple across the street kept up a lot of noise all day long.

The room matched the pictures, was clean and spacious. It’s under 10 minutes on foot to Trincomalee beach, but it’s a shame there isn’t even a place with umbrellas when you get there, so it’s not very convenient. I’m not sure what’s nearby, but the night we slept there, music and singing started at 5 am and could be heard a lot from the room.

The staff were helpful. The window was broken and the bathroom was bad.

Breakfast wasn’t included. The mango juice we ordered was watered down, causing several people to get diarrhea. The “fresh” towels in all four rooms were spotted and looked awful.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and the balcony is nice too. The blanket on the mattress wasn’t clean.
