Large room with living area. Complimentary breakfast and drinks. Dark, brownish, tired decor. Noisy AC system, windows that did not open made the rooms feel musty. There was food from previous guest left in the fridge. This place feels stuck in the late eighties

Location. It was dirty, the flooring needed replacing in the elevator, all the chairs had a sticky feel To them and my shower drain was plugged. It is just a little rundown to be a Hilton

I was blown away by the front desk, bar, and breakfast staff—everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the balloon lady added a fantastic kid‑friendly touch.

Breakfast was great and the location was perfect; I walked to dinner and the Civic Center. The room, however, needed a deep clean: there were mold spots on the shower wall, spider webs in corners, a stale smell that the A/C helped neutralise, and the sofa had stains and odors.
