The welcome from Bruno and Katleen was charming; their human touch and professional exchange as a couple were pleasant, even though they have only been in place for a short time. Their kindness was evident. Nothing else to note.

The owners are caring and attentive. The rooms are spacious (quite rare). The chosen furnishings give the place a soul.

The hosts just took over the property 15 days ago and come from Belgium. The people from the North carry the sun in their hearts that they don’t have outside. The welcome, friendliness, smiles, availability, and discretion are all good. Breakfast is fine, the room is very spacious, and the house has character. A small TV would be welcome for gloomy days.

A warm and friendly welcome from a newly acquired Belgian couple, the place itself is pretty, positioned at the bottom of Besse next to the Couze Pavin, and there's a small dedicated parking spot that adds to the convenience. The rooms are roomy, clean, and well kept, with a style that fits the location, and the shower comes with a nice balneotherapy set‑up that feels very pleasant. Breakfast is full‑fledged, straightforward but effective. The downside is the Wi‑Fi in the room – it’s so weak it’s unusable, and the fact that there’s no TV makes September in Besse a bit dull; the communal breakfast table is a good idea, but when you don’t share a language with other guests, it’s harder to chat and the experience feels less “fun”.
