Nicholas turned out to be absolutely amazing—helpful, kind, and he arranged a car from Granada to the Lodge, set up activities for each day, ordered vegetarian meals for me, and even drove us to a nearby town to meet friends. Nothing about the experience was unsatisfactory.

The bungalows sit right in the middle of the forest, in a secluded and quiet spot. You can hear the howler monkeys and spot them when they come close. Nicolas, the owner, listens and anticipates needs, arranging quality activities like the zip‑line and night walk. The cabins are simple, clean, and functional. Getting there isn’t easy; a 4×4 is required, but Nicolas offers a transfer from the park entrance.
