I was left without water from 2pm onward, and when I asked to check out at 8pm they said no refund would be given, so I had to pay the full amount and finally leave the hotel at 2am – a very bad experience with the reception staff. The staff were reduced.

It was extremely dirty and smelled awful; the walls looked as if they had been flooded, the bed was collapsing, and everything was filthy.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, the facilities fell far short of my expectations. The bathroom curtains were dirty and let in a lot of light, and the shower and toilet were right next to the window, making it uncomfortable to shower or use the bathroom. On top of that, the sink was leaking, causing the floor to be slippery. The walls and air conditioning in my room were also visibly dirty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the hotel's facilities were somewhat disappointing, with a small room and an uncomfortable bed that made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the outdated hardware in the room also detracted from my overall experience.
