Everything was flawless—no hiccups at all. The facilities were impeccable, the staff warm and helpful, the apartment cozy, clean, and fully equipped. The wellness area was more than perfect (booked for 2 hours at just 15 euros per person). The price was very fair for such a spectacular stay. The hotel is attached to the lift that takes you to 2000 meters. I’d only add a bit more variety to the breakfast.

I had a short but enjoyable stay. Veronica and Sonia were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful with their advice and information. The breakfast was sublime. The studio we were given was spotless, practical, and well equipped, making us feel right at home. The wellness area was a little gem, a big added value. Free parking was included; the location was great for reaching many nice spots quickly.

The location near the ski lift is great. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and fully equipped. The only downside might be the lift noise, but what do you expect when you’re only 50 m away?

The property greets you even from the outside, and the interior is warm, welcoming, and perfectly furnished with details that give you peace of mind. The reception is the real star—always smiling, very helpful, and ready to meet every possible need. The spa is stunning, offering all comforts, and we were lucky to have it to ourselves. The location is superb: a 5‑minute walk from the exit to the cabin that takes you up to 3 000 m. We preferred to walk, and I recommend it. The only flaw is that, for those who are particular, I would have liked a personalized bathroom courtesy.

The room was the right size with cozy furnishings. The location is strategic, and parking is excellent. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good and appropriate for a place like this. If I had to find a flaw, it would be minor details in the apartment’s décor—simple things like a towel holder in the bathroom or a small shelf for shower products. But again, just tiny things!
