Nothing about breakfast was provided, and we didn't like anything in the room. The TV didn't work, the sinks were clogged, and the room was dark with no window. I don't have anything else to add. Everything about the room was bad: dark, TV not working, the person we were supposed to talk to was absent, and the sinks were clogged.

We found the place in a great spot, reached it fast from the station, and the flat is near the city centre. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The room was tidy and came with all the toiletries. The only downside was the lack of bright windows – the view was just a small, enclosed courtyard, though calling it a courtyard is a stretch. We didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big issue. The hairdryer didn't work well for long or very wet hair.

It wasn't included, but it would be handy to have tea bags and/or herbal tea available. The hairdryer! The one in the bathroom stayed on for no more than 20 seconds and then stopped working.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to all the sights. There was nothing negative; everything was great.
