Nothing positive here; it was a full‑blown construction zone with workers living in the hotel, drinking outside all hours, and a bathtub almost knocked me out when it was being moved. The internet didn’t work for two days, the staff were not friendly at all, and I paid over $800 to stay in a dilapidated trap house.

The bathroom had been recently remodeled, which was well done, and the room was adequate with a comfortable but slightly soft bed. Renovations were still happening and noisy, and there was no real way around that. The reservation said check‑in was at 2:00 p.m., but when I arrived around 2:20 I was told it was actually 3:00 p.m. and offered an unspecified “early check‑in fee.” I pointed out my confirmation showed 2 p.m. and no mention of a fee, yet the staff rudely insisted I would have to pay an additional fee for checking in before 3:00. I left and returned after 3:00, where a different GSR at the desk was pleasant and helpful; I didn’t mention the earlier incident because I just wanted to get to my room and freshen up before a 4 p.m. meeting nearby. Overall, the check‑in experience was pretty terrible.

It’s hard to judge; they’re still under construction 🚧 but the location is good and close to everything. Once finished, it should be a decent motel. The construction made walking to the office a bit inconvenient.
