The place felt very comfortable and clean, even though we had read some negative reviews about it. The breakfast could use some improvement, and the mattresses were a bit lacking, but overall we had a good stay.

Giampiero and Mrs. Anna were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the lake and villages like San Giovanni in Fiore and Camigliatello. The room was tidy and the surroundings were stunning, with a magical and welcoming atmosphere.
