The place was spotless and the view was gorgeous, and the room matched exactly what we needed.

We stayed for a single night, the spot is spot on between the train station and the Pisa tower, and because our flight was delayed we got in at 11 pm, but Fabrizio and Patrizia were already there to hand us all the info. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfy. The only downside was the lack of hard soap in the bathroom; otherwise everything was perfect.

We only stayed one night, the location was great—halfway between the main station and the historic sites. I appreciated the quick communication with the hosts, Fabrizio and Patrizia, who answered our questions immediately via WhatsApp, and the apartment entry was by code, so you need to have your phone data on. The apartment had a tea kettle, pre‑packed tea, sugar, and in the living room you could brew coffee with the coffee machine, heat food in the microwave, and I liked the water that was waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment was clean, spacious, the bathroom was in good condition, the sleeping area was fine, but I wouldn’t stay more than one night. I would also have liked the owners to let us keep our luggage in the apartment for a short time after check‑out while we were at the Pisa tower. Despite the screens on the windows, we were bitten by mosquitoes at night, and because the apartment is on the corner of a busy intersection, the street noise was quite loud.
