We didn't like anything about the stay. When we arrived, we were given a room that wasn't the one we booked, there was no water, the entrance was under construction, and we had no view. The room smelled stale and moldy, so we decided to leave even though we had paid and had to find another hotel. The welcome was disastrous, but we managed to secure other accommodation. Because we never checked in or out, I’m requesting a refund for the two nights we didn’t use.

Everything was automated, but the quiet hours weren’t respected. Using the place for work, the noise from the neighboring room—especially from the terrace—made the two nights uncomfortable. I understand an apartment can’t guarantee silence, but the rules should be enforced.

The spot is great, just outside the metro and a short walk from Roma Tiburtina. The little terrace is charming and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom, while clean, needs updating (it has a tub instead of a shower). Adding a pod coffee machine would be a nice touch.

Right next to the metro, which was perfect for us. The place was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the room had a few quirks that we found tolerable.

Clean, cozy, and the host was super friendly. Everything was explained clearly. It’s just behind the station, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Nothing was unsatisfactory.
