The property sits right in the city centre, a truly strategic spot for exploring Lecce and easy to reach by public transport. Breakfast is served in a bar five minutes on foot; the voucher entitles you to a pastry or croissant and a hot drink. The pastry was really good. The view of the square from my room was quite pleasant. The room was rather dirty, including mirrors with dirt on them. As for the bathroom, I understand the water is very hard, but finding the soap dispensers all crusted, as well as the shower head, is quite unpleasant. The bathroom cleaning itself left a bit to be desired. Even the provided linen was very worn, making everything feel less welcoming. If anyone needed it, we were asked to pay 25€ to leave luggage unattended near the reception (the reception isn’t always staffed, only at certain times), so in my opinion that fee is a bit high for the service.

In the city centre. Small room, not friendly staff. The building isn’t nice, an apartment house with many different B&Bs. The breakfast—if you choose the room option—is at the nearby bar, where you can pick one coffee and one pastry. Orange juice or anything else is extra. I recommend not choosing this option.

Location. In three days, they never cleaned the room or changed the white linens.

“Very unfriendly people and place”

I stayed in a brand‑new building, but the room was filthy and the sink and shower had terrible drainage.

“Peccato la pulizia della camera e’ stata sotto le aspettative. Bastava poco per rendere il soggiorno sufficiente”

We were practically in the city centre, which was great, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. I asked for single beds, yet on the same day I was told it wasn’t possible and that I could only stay in a triple for an extra 10 euros per day, so I declined.
