A private terrace offers outdoor space for the Double Room. Inside, the air‑conditioned space includes a stove, refrigerator, oven, barbecue, washing machine, fireplace and a private entrance, and it is designated as a smoking room. The room has one bed for two guests and a private bathroom.

The place was very clean and the taxi driver they arranged for us (Eric) was fantastic, picking us up late at night and securing two seats on the last bus out of Lusaka the next morning. A hot water shower was available. However, although the booking and our late arrival at 2am had been confirmed, the on‑site staff had not been informed, so we had to wait a long time to enter the property and get our room – not ideal in the early hours. The fixtures were really dated, cupboards were falling apart, the bathroom had broken tiles and a leaking toilet. There was only one power point in the room and a TV whose cord didn’t even reach it.

Everything was good. Nothing to complain about.
Nice location and food, but the bathroom fell short—water wasn’t hot enough and the TV lagged a lot.
The body care accessories, for example in the shower 🚿, were all worn and damaged, and there was no hot water. The breakfast was not good.
