We liked everything! The accommodation is in a clean area, near the main squares, and the riverside is also close. The room was cleaned daily, it was quiet, even though the street was lively at night. Check‑in was smooth, and when we had questions, we got quick replies on WhatsApp and help with everything. A nice bonus was the coffee in the lobby ☕️.

It’s in a very convenient spot in Chiaia, close to bus and metro lines. Just stepping out you’ll find restaurants and cafés for every day. Inside the property there’s a common area with books and a coffee machine that’s refilled with capsules every day. The location is easy to reach thanks to clear directions from the owners. It can get a bit noisy at times because the nearby bars stay open late, but it’s not too much.

It had a capsule coffee machine! The floor was warped, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the TV had no signal.

We returned because the location was great, the room was spacious and having two kids with their strollers meant we needed room to move around. The kettle and coffee machine in the lobby were very handy, and the price seemed fair. A common issue in many central Napoli buildings, usually old palazzi that have been refurbished, is the architectural barriers that make stroller access difficult. Here you have to use a ramp from the elevator to the residence entrance, then our room was at the end of a narrow, winding corridor with two steps in the middle. One of our strollers was too wide to pass through the external door (which is a gate for cars, but at night the doorman is absent and only a pedestrian door opens) and from the room door, forcing us to fold it each time. In short, if you’re staying here with small children, bring the most compact strollers you can. The bathroom was overall satisfactory, except for a very small sink.
