Situated in the mountain village of Arinsal, the hotel is a 15-minute drive from Andorra’s centre and 300 metres from the new gondola lift to the ski slopes. All rooms come with bathroom facilities, flat-screen satellite and direct-dial telephone. It also has a quiet sitting and reading room, restaurant, bar, ski lockers, garage and private parking area. A garden and a heated outdoor swimming pool complete the hotel surroundings.

The only highlights were the staff and the cleanliness. The hotel feels very outdated, the mattresses and pillows are terrible, and it’s too expensive for what it is.

The cleaning, staff treatment and facilities, especially the pool, were excellent. The dinner was very weak.

The location was good, but the bed and mattress were very soft from heavy use, which lowered the experience a lot.

The hotel was right on the street with a small balcony; because the river was quite loud we had to close the windows at night. The underground parking was free. Breakfast and dinner were very good and the staff were very friendly. Nothing negative.
