The room was roomy, the bed comfy, and it had a nice sofa, fridge, and sink; the hot shower in the morning was lovely. The breakfast spread was plentiful, with gluten‑free toast available on request. Dinner at the Mystic restaurant was delicious and fairly priced, and our server was a charming young man. Getting around Gander and to our Monday appointment was easy, thanks to the great location and ample parking. The only downside was hearing guests walking on the floor above us early in the morning.

The room was very large and beautiful, and the staff service was excellent. The lobby needs renovation, the carpet should be cleaned, and the furniture should be replaced.

The staff were clean and friendly, but the breakfast was subpar. We stayed three nights and skipped breakfast on two days because of the first day’s experience, which also made us avoid dining in the restaurant. Another problem was the distance to our room; an elderly relative needed a walk‑in shower, but those rooms were far away, so we had to use a wheelchair. The room had double beds instead of a queen, which was uncomfortable for my wife and me.
