“Not satisfying!”

It seemed that there was little or no attention to the needs of guests who primarily use the hotel for business trips and are looking for a comfortable and restful night’s stay. The corridors were noisy, the room linen was not clean, and the breakfast served was disappointing and lacked appeal. More concerning was the lack of proper training among the hotel staff regarding the handling and reporting of guests’ personal belongings left behind. Staff did not appear to know that such items should be reported to the designated authorities. This was particularly surprising and raises concerns about basic guest‑service protocols. Overall, the experience fell short of what one would expect from a hotel catering to business travellers.

We found the staff mostly perfunctory and sometimes outright negative; when we asked for a routine request twice, both were denied. The staff would abruptly leave their duties to gather and pray loudly in the lobby, making us wait. Unlike other Lemon Tree hotels, there’s no bar and the restaurant options were limited, so we had to dine elsewhere.
