The staff kept playing loud music at midnight, and I was assigned room 31 next to the storage area where they were noisy all night; I couldn’t sleep. The shower was filthy, mosquitoes were everywhere, the linens smelled bad and were stained with fluids—my worst stay ever.
They were abusive and showed no understanding.

The privacy, cleanliness, and professional staff made the rooms feel spacious and comfortable, but the beds were too small for my liking.
They charged me for two rooms I never used and then made me pay again; I’ve never had an issue with the app before, but the staff refused to help my relatives even though they had the reservation number because they needed the booker’s ID.
