Very liked it, the cleanest place we have ever stayed at, recently renovated, new air conditioner. Nice hosts, offered us breakfast for New Year. There is a kitchen, fridge, kettle, plug adapter, no hot water, but I understood that this is common in many places in Sri Lanka. Close to the sea exit if you leave the courtyard and go right, a very pretty trail to Coconut hill!

The room was clean and pleasant, and we got breakfast every morning. The family running the place were very helpful and friendly. When our tuktuk broke down, the owner personally went out to fix it and even drove us to different shops so we could buy the part we needed. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the beach was just a short walk away. All in all, great value for the money.
