The hotel offers a truly excellent value for money. The rooms are tastefully designed—small and dark but very pretty and appealing. The breakfast room with a view of the Marmara Sea was fantastic, and the breakfast itself was very good, something for everyone. I’d like to highlight Guest Manager Aisha, who always asked nicely about our well‑being. The rooms were a bit tight and dark, the coffee from the machine didn’t taste very good to us, and the juices were a bit sweet, but those are minor things. We were a bit disappointed by the restaurant recommendation from the front desk staff: the restaurant “Havuzbasi” is unfortunately not worth recommending, neither well‑located nor pleasant, and has a very poor price‑to‑quality ratio in our view. The hotel’s location is convenient for the main sights, but otherwise not optimal, as there are no truly nice, tasteful restaurants or bars in the area.

I liked the location, easy to reach the main sights. The room was cozy and comfortable with good sound insulation, and the staff were helpful. At breakfast I didn’t have enough space and had to sit next to other guests, and the selection of food was limited.

This hotel is one of the best in Istanbul, with staff that are both helpful and courteous. The location is excellent—everything is close and central. Breakfast was incredibly generous with a huge variety of options. The room was spotless, cleaned daily, and the internet was very good. I highly recommend the hammam. There is nothing to criticize; everything was flawless.
