The private room was gorgeous, with every material chosen just right. Paulo's meals were a highlight, and the chocolate tour was really engaging. The only hiccup was the short climb up to the finca, but the spot between Palomino and Tayrona is perfect for a quiet coastal escape.

The chocolate tour and Polo's enthusiasm were a real treat, and the rooms were lovely with a great sea view. The place was peaceful, but we couldn't swim because the river was dry that season.

The peaceful, nature‑filled setting was a breath of fresh air, and the food was delicious. Polo was friendly and gave great travel advice, and the chocolate experience—learning from bean to bar with all five senses—was truly captivating. The tropical trees and fruit on the property added another layer of wonder.

Polo welcomed us with the best chocolate square I've ever tasted and opened up his finca, where the rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. Every meal was a treat, made from local produce and even edible flowers, and the 3‑hour tour from cacao seed to bar was a full sensory adventure. The only downside? We ended up staying longer than the three nights we booked because we just couldn't leave.
