“decepcionante e pouco acomodável”

The staff was helpful when we needed a room change, but when we arrived the receptionist was sleeping on a mattress on the floor, the air‑conditioner was broken, we had to swap rooms, there was no hygiene kit, the room was a bit dusty, we asked for extra blankets because it was cold at night, and even after the change the AC still didn’t work properly; the hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes and the coffee was simple, but we ate well as best we could.

“Ruim, suja , sem ventilação, barulho obra em tdo corredor”

I didn’t stay in the environment—it was nothing like the photos, a total construction site with loud men in the corridor, a lack of respect for guests; just seeing it made me not want to enter the room, the reception area was dirty, the room was filthy, how could you offer such a place for 50 reals? I didn’t like anything, I left and told them I wouldn’t stay there.

I chose the spot because it was close to the Halloween show venue, and overall it met my expectations; the staff were very helpful. The strong cigarette smell and somewhat run‑down atmosphere were a downside.
