The towel was torn, the sheet was dirty, the room was dirty, and there was no gyser.

I had no positives, and when I arrived they told me my details weren't registered even though I had booked.

The ambience was good, the washroom was good, and the room was spacious, but the room wasn't so clean and they didn't clean the kettle or the cups tray.
